Overview
Perfect detection: The flat coil Metron 05 detects metal parts in all non-conductive or only slightly conductive materials. It is integrated directly into the conveyor trough with a plastic tray.
This is how it works:
The metal detector produces an electromagnetic field. If a piece of metal enters the field, the measurement signal is deflected in one direction. When the metal body exists the field, the measurement signal is deflected in the other direction. If both deflection limits are exceeded, a "metal" warning signal is triggered.
